Relevanta helps organizations turn complex business and product challenges into clear technology strategies and practical solutions.
From product strategy and enterprise architecture to data, integrations, APIs and AI, Relevanta brings a broad technology perspective to identifying opportunities, solving problems, and determining where technology investment can create measurable business value.

Relevanta approaches technology challenges from multiple perspectives—understanding the business objectives, product strategy and user needs, while also examining the technology stack, architecture, data, integrations, APIs, applications and operational processes that support them.
This broader perspective helps identify opportunities to strengthen products, simplify technology, improve integrations and data flows, automate processes, modernize architecture, and apply emerging technologies where they can create meaningful value.
The result is a more complete view of what should be built or changed, how it should work, and where technology investment can improve efficiency, enable new capabilities, strengthen customer experience, and generate measurable business value.
Relevanta was founded by Maria Reitman, an enterprise technology and product leader with decades of experience designing and delivering complex enterprise solutions.
Meet MariaFour stages — from understanding the business need, to moving an initiative into execution.
Every engagement begins with understanding the business need and the environment around it. Relevanta works directly with stakeholders to examine objectives, product requirements, user needs, current capabilities, technology stack, architecture, data, integrations, APIs, applications, workflows and operational constraints.
Relevanta connects what is learned during discovery across business, product and technology to identify gaps, dependencies and opportunities. This may include improving an existing product, simplifying architecture, optimizing integrations and data flows, automating processes, modernizing technology, or identifying where AI and other emerging technologies can create new capabilities.
The findings are translated into a clear direction—defining what should be built, changed or optimized; evaluating technology and solution alternatives; identifying dependencies and risks; and establishing priorities based on feasibility, business value and expected return on investment.
Relevanta helps determine the expertise required to move the initiative forward. When specialized capabilities are needed, appropriate experts can be identified through Maria’s professional network and collaborators and potentially engaged to support the work. Relevanta can remain involved to provide strategic and technical continuity as the initiative moves from definition toward execution.
Organizations are being asked to modernize, adopt AI, reduce complexity, control cost, and deliver growth—often at the same time. Relevanta brings clarity to the choices that matter most.

Founder & Principal Consultant
Maria Reitman brings decades of experience leading enterprise software and product initiatives across healthcare, digital platforms, cloud technologies, and complex enterprise environments.
Her expertise spans product strategy and solutions, software development, enterprise architecture, APIs and systems integration, data and cloud technologies, customer-facing solutions, cloud transformation, and AI. This breadth gives Maria a rare ability to move between business and product objectives and the underlying technology stack—understanding not only what an organization is trying to accomplish, but how its architecture, data, integrations, applications, and emerging technologies can be used to get there more effectively.
Maria has several years of experience designing Generative AI solutions and has expanded that work into Agentic AI and multi-agent systems. Through MIT Professional Education’s Applied Agentic AI for Organizational Transformation program, she further developed her expertise in multi-agent architecture, workflow orchestration, and designing for the right balance of autonomy, control, and reliability in enterprise applications.
Throughout her career, Maria has worked at the intersection of product, technology, and innovation, identifying opportunities to improve existing solutions, introduce new capabilities, simplify and automate processes, and turn emerging technologies into practical enterprise applications that improve efficiency and return on technology investment.
Maria founded Relevanta to bring that perspective directly to clients—combining hands-on discovery and strategic direction with the technical and domain expertise needed to move from opportunity to execution.
Maria has a unique ability to bridge business needs with technical execution, translating complex requirements into thoughtful, scalable product solutions. She consistently brought a strategic perspective to product design while remaining deeply engaged in the details that make solutions successful.
Maria has a way of bridging technical depth and business strategy, making complex topics accessible to stakeholders and subject matter experts alike. She's been proactively building on that foundation, going deep on Generative and Agentic AI and platform modernization, with a clear focus on solving real business problems rather than chasing technology for its own sake.
Maria is a genuine strategic thinker. She didn't just build solutions — she built the business case for them through collaboration with experts across the organization. What set Maria apart was her range: she was just as comfortable in the weeds of a technical solution as she was presenting to leadership.
Maria is one of the few people I've worked with in my career who truly has end to end expertise across an entire organization. From brainstorming with software architects to solve deep technical challenges, collaborating with decision makers to be sure we plan in a way to get the most bang for the buck out of our product roadmap, helping customers get the most out of our software, and framing what we do in a way that enables our teams to sell and market with success, Maria consistently walks the walk.
Maria has the ability to understand the implication of a question and make sure that it's thoroughly explored and options explained so all parties can understand. She is willing and able to tackle any project or opportunity head-on. Her advanced technical ability, creative thinking and organizational skills contributed immensely to the success of our projects.
Maria has been a trusted advisor to me at Kyruus. She has an excellent vision for how to move teams forward and make them more productive, and a great mind for solution design and how we should interact with customers and vendors.
Maria is able to translate very complex requirements into instructions for engineering staff to execute. She is extremely customer-focused and always held in high-regard by them. Maria is a rare mix of skills and is a great asset for any organization.
